Slater & Gordon’s Asbestos Research Fund
The ADRI, Bernie Banton Centre, was awarded $100,000 over two years from Slater & Gordon’s Asbestos Research Fund which provides financial support for research into asbestos related disease such as mesothelioma. This funding will support research into the analysis of the gene expression profiles in mesothelioma and it is anticipated this research will lead to a better understanding of this disease as well as providing potential diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets.   sept 09
